Nursing
I want to share an article about NURSES job at napansin ko may similarities ang mga nurses at callcenter agents sa trabaho nila. Especially numbers 1,3 (just verbal abuse), 4, 9 10
==============================================================
REGISTERED NURSES WANTED
1) Must be able to work long hours with frequent
mandatory overtime and regularly missed meal and coffee breaks. Few
holidays or weekends off.
2) Must be able to keep massive amounts of paperwork
up to date while making split second life and death decisions.
3) Must be unaffected by frequent verbal abuse and
able to neutralize occasional physical assaults.
4) Must display patience, kindness, and understanding
at all times. The ability to effectively communicate with people who are
illiterate, uneducated, insane, hysterical or enraged is required.
5) Must show no aversion to blood, vomit, oozing infections or human body waste. Job involves daily exposure to infectious bacteria and viruses as
well as radiation and carcinogenic medications.
6) Frequent staffing shortages necessitate your ability to prioritize and efficiently carry out the work of 2 or 3 people.
7) Applicants must possess a keen interest in coping with grief, uncertainty, depression and loss on a daily basis.
8) As a part of the multidisciplinary team you will be expected to collaborate with clerical and janitorial staff, physicians, respiratory technicians, social workers, Chaplains and Priests, security guards, physical and occupational therapists, laboratory and x-ray technicians, maintenance personnel, and dietitians. You are required to have an understanding of all the roles and responsibilities of these team members as you will be required to carry out many of their duties in addition to your own.
9)Must show humility and accept blame when frequently asked to be the scapegoat for the failures and frustrations of doctors, administrators, supervisors, and coworkers.
10) Must be willing to confuse your body clock and abuse your body with frequent shift rotations and malnutrition due to gorging on fast food when you finally do get to eat in the car on the way home from work.
11) Must have 3 sets of legs and ten hands so you can be in 3 different places at a time and juggling a variety of tasks to make up for the 3 missing nurses that administration says you don't need for a safe patient-nurse ratio.
12) Must be willing to risk losing your job when you are out with a disabling back injury or acute hepatitis C infection acquired on the job. Even if you win your fight to prove it is job related and collect your worker's comp, your employer will do their darndest to find a loophole and try to get rid of the 'burden.' Don't expect full pay and benefits for up to two years the way other hazardous jobs like policeman and firemen get.
13) Oh, and of course, even though you work in a germ factory, abuse your physical and emotional health through work conditions, and are regularly plagued with low morale, don't EVER EVER expect to call in sick to work unless you have the bubonic plague, or in a coma. Must be a SAINT!
14) Salary is in no way commensurate with knowledge, ability or experience.
15) Due to the frequency with which employees develop physical injury and
emotional breakdown, we are pleased to offer a comprehensive benefits
package.

Inggit much?
Naalala ko tuloy ang first girlfriend ko, like William and Kate naging kami noong college days namin. Pero unlike Kate and William wala kaming happy ending. Kasi maspinili niya ang ambition niya than me. And when she went to the United States, she changed soo much noong nagmeet kami last year.
I admit medyo nadepress ako at bumalik yung memories namin together. And I doubt magkabalikan pa kami ng ex gf ko.
Napansin ko din na ang ibang bloggers nageemote din sa entries nila like Christian Bryan and Clarence. Makikijoin na rin ako sa pageemote hehehehehe.
I've been thinking that I've been so hurt by women that maybe men are the only safe option left for me.And I've been also thinking should I ,bat for the other side for a change? Hmmm..
But in the end parang masgusto ko pa rin makipagrelation sa babae pa rin And I want to have a little new junior calling me daddy someday.
I want to share a song from Madonna na parang theme song ko pagdepress ako.
LOVE TRIED TO WELCOME ME
These are my hands, but what can they give me?
These are my eyes, but they cannot see
These are my arms, but they don't know tenderness
And I must confess that I am usually drawn to sadness
And loneliness has never been a stranger to me, but
Chorus:
Love tried to welcome me
But my soul drew back
Guilty of lust and sin
Love tried to take me in
These are my lips, but they whisper sorrow
This is my voice, but it's telling lies
I know how to laugh, but I don't know happiness
And I must confess, instead of spring, it's always winter
And my heart has always been a lonely hunter, but still
Chorus2:
Love tried to welcome me
But my soul drew back
I was covered with dust and sin
Love tried to take me in
Love tried to break me
And I must confess, instead of spring, it's always winter
And my heart has always been a lonely hunter, but still
(chorus, inserting "I was" before "Guilty")
(chorus2, removing "I was")
[Love tried to break me]
Love tried to welcome me
But my soul drew back
Guilty of lust and sin

Happy Easter
And kinwento pa ang buhay niya.
Belated Happy Easter to everyone!!

Reflections
10 Random thoughts about Holy Week
1) I have to agree sa sinabi ng pari sa sermon last sunday.
3) I don't consider myself as a good catholic kasi I rarely take communion at bihira din ako magconfess sa pari. I just don't feel like it or tinatamad magpila. Pero I always go to church and follow God's teaching and I also don't eat meat pagfridays pagholy week.
4) Before I had been thinking of switching to a new religion. Because I'm really fascinated sa Buddhism.
5) I don't like to see Iya Villana on tv, maybe because she looks like my ex gf. Pero I think nakamove on naman ako pero everytime I see Iya on tv I switch channels kasi she reminds me of my ex gf coz they look alike and the way she speaks pareho din.
6) When I was a kid takot ako sa mga manika sa malls at pati mga manika sa simbahan like mga santo, blessed mother, si jesus LOL!
7) Never enjoyed Holy week before when I was working sa callcenter. Kasi sa callcenter we don't have any right to enjoy holy week or any holidays. And binabalaan pa kami na hwag magabsent or else mateterminate kami.
Ayoko kasi pumunta kasi sigurado maraming tao at siksikan and I hate crowds. And I'm sure mahal ang resorts ngayon at overpriced sila kasi holiday at maraming customers.
10) I will stop to watch porn this week and masturbate hahahaha then resume it after the holy week

Pinagtripan?
Di ko kilala yung number but I still answered the phone. Then babae pala kausap ko. And nagulat ako kasi kilala niya ako:
Girl: Is this Milch?
Milch: Yup speaking. Who's this?
Girl: (Silence)! Can I ask a question first?
( I can hear some group of girls giggling on the background)
Milch: How did you get my number?
Girl: Hmmm before I answer you please answer my question first. Please?
Milch: Okay whatever!
(Group of girls giggling naman ulit sa background)
Girl: What kind of girls do you like?
Milch: (Surprised) Survey ba to?
Girl: Hindi please answer the question (giggling)
Milch: Hmm I like tisay girls and ayoko sa nanagarilyo, umiinom, gastadora , sosyal at maarte hehehehe Gusto ko yung may sense of humor at simple lang. And I prefer ages 25 and above.
(Group of Girls giggling again sa background)
Girl: Now! Tell me about yourself!
Milch: (medyo irritated na) This time pwede ikaw naman sumagot sa tanong ko? Where did you get my number and who are you?
Girl: Ahhh!! (speechless) never mind. Thank you, Goodbye
Girl on the phone hung up!!
WTF?? Sino kaya yun. Hmmmm Di kaya isa sa officemates ko, I doubt it kasi kilala ko bosses nila, Si gloomy girl kaya na nagpaparamdam?? Nope kilala ko din bosses niya. Ano kaya intention ng mga yun! Hmmm
Come to think of it! I suck on SOP kasi di ako magaling sa ungolan and dirty talk pero hanggang dirty mind lang ako hahahaha

Just want to share something to all facebook, twiter, friendster, etc, users
The whole social networking phenomenon has millions of Americans sharing their photos, favorite songs and details about their class reunions on Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and dozens of similar sites. But there are a handful of personal details that you should never say if you don't want criminals cyber or otherwise to rob you blind, according to Beth Givens, executive director of the Privacy Rights Clearinghouse.
The folks at Insure.com also say that ill-advised Facebook postings increasingly can get your insurance cancelled or cause you to pay dramatically more for everything from auto to life insurance coverage. By now almost everybody knows that those drunken party photos could cost you a job, too.
You can certainly enjoy networking and sharing photos, but you should know that sharing some information puts you at risk. What should you never say on Facebook, Twitter or any other social networking site?
Your Birth Date and Place
Sure, you can say what day you were born, but if you provide the year and where you were born too, you've just given identity thieves a key to stealing your financial life, said Givens. A study done by Carnegie Mellon showed that a date and place of birth could be used to predict most — and sometimes all — of the numbers in your Social Security number, she said.
Vacation Plans
There may be a better way to say "Rob me, please" than posting something along the lines of: "Count-down to Maui ! Two days and Ritz Carlton, here we come!" on Twitter. But it's hard to think of one. Post the photos on Facebook when you return, if you like. But don't invite criminals in by telling them specifically when you'll be gone.
Home Address
Do I have to elaborate? A study recently released by the Ponemon Institute found that users of Social Media sites were at greater risk of physical and identity theft because of the information they were sharing. Some 40% listed their home address on the sites; 65% didn't even attempt to block out strangers with privacy settings. And 60% said they weren't confident that their "friends" were really just people they know.
Confessionals
You may hate your job; lie on your taxes; or be a recreational user of illicit drugs, but this is no place to confess. Employers commonly peruse social networking sites to determine who to hire — and, sometimes, who to fire. Need proof? In just the past few weeks, an emergency dispatcher was fired in Wisconsin for revealing drug use; a waitress got canned for complaining about customers and the Pittsburgh Pirate's mascot was dumped for bashing the team on Facebook. One study done last year estimated that 8% of companies fired someone for "misuse" of social media.
Password Clues
If you've got online accounts, you've probably answered a dozen different security questions, telling your bank or brokerage firm your Mom's maiden name; the church you were married in; or the name of your favorite song. Got that same stuff on the information page of your Facebook profile? You're giving crooks an easy way to guess your passwords.
Risky Behaviors
You take your classic Camaro out for street racing, soar above the hills in a hang glider, or smoke like a chimney? Insurers are increasingly turning to the web to figure out whether their applicants and customers are putting their lives or property at risk, according to Insure.com. So far, there's no efficient way to collect the data, so cancellations and rate hikes are rare. But the technology is fast evolving, according to a paper written by Celent, a financial services research and consulting firm.
7 Things to Stop Doing Now on Facebook
Using a Weak Password
Avoid simple names or words you can find in a dictionary, even with numbers tacked on the end. Instead, mix upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols. A password should have at least eight characters. One good technique is to insert numbers or symbols in the middle of a word, such as this variant on the word "houses": hO27usEs!
Leaving Your Full Birth Date in Your Profile
It's an ideal target for identity thieves, who could use it to obtain more information about you and potentially gain access to your bank or credit card account. If you've already entered a birth date, go to your profile page and click on the Info tab, then on Edit Information. Under the Basic Information section, choose to show only the month and day or no birthday at all.
Overlooking Useful Privacy Controls
For almost everything in your Facebook profile, you can limit access to only your friends, friends of friends, or yourself. Restrict access to photos, birth date, religious views, and family information, among other things. You can give only certain people or groups access to items such as photos, or block particular people from seeing them. Consider leaving out contact info, such as phone number and address, since you probably don't want anyone to have access to that information anyway.
Posting Your Child's Name in a Caption
Don't use a child's name in photo tags or captions. If someone else does, delete it by clicking on Remove Tag. If your child isn't on Facebook and someone includes his or her name in a caption, ask that person to remove the name.
Mentioning That You'll Be Away From Home
That's like putting a "no one's home" sign on your door. Wait until you get home to tell everyone how awesome your vacation was and be vague about the date of any trip.
Letting Search Engines Find You
To help prevent strangers from accessing your page, go to the Search section of Facebook's privacy controls and select Only Friends for Facebook search results. Be sure the box for public search results isn't checked.
Permitting Youngsters to Use Facebook Unsupervised
Facebook limits its members to ages 13 and over, but children younger than that do use it. If you have a young child or teenager on Facebook, the best way to provide oversight is to become one of their online friends. Use your e-mail address as the contact for their account so that you receive their notifications and monitor their activities. "What they think is nothing can actually be pretty serious," says Charles Pavelites, a supervisory special agent at the Internet Crime Complaint Center . For example, a child who posts the comment "Mom will be home soon, I need to do the dishes" every day at the same time is revealing too much about the parents' regular comings and goings.

Talking Babies
A home video of two babies engaged in an animated conversation in a kitchen has become an Internet phenomenon.
The two-minute clip shows twin brothers Sam and Ren McEntee, aged just 17 months and barely able to stand, enjoying a lively exchange in which they laugh, raise their hands emphatically and nod their heads.
So far the footage has attracted a staggering 9.4million views on YouTube
And after many years the two babies grew up and became asian adults. Watch it here:

Amaya
“Amaya”, dubbed as an epicserye, is said to change the landscape of Philippine television in 2011. Also the first historical soap opera, Amaya topbills GMA’s Primetime Queen Marian Rivera.
It’s a story about Bai Amaya, Bai meaning “Princess” in Islam.
“The story dates back to the 1500s. We are coordinating with the historical department of the University of the Philippines to make sure that every detail on this show is accurate,” said Lilybeth Rasonable, GMA-7′s Vice President for Drama.
I can't wait to watch this epicserye sa GMA kasi sa trailer pa lang panalo na:
It's about time na magkaroon na rin tayo ng sarili nating historical drama kasi uusong uso to sa ibang countries like Canada, USA , Korea and Japan.
Example of Historical shows are the following Jumong, Jewel in the Palace, Queen Seon Deok, Slave Hunter, Yisan, Tenchijin,Yoshitsune, The Tudors, Spartacus and Rome.
And here are some of behind the scenes photos ng AMAYA: (I hope makalusot to sa MTRCB, and I hope di magrereact mga moralista diyan hahaha kasi sa totoo lang eto talaga ang suot ng mga ninuno natin noong precolonial times.
It's about time na maiba naman ang teleserye ng pinoy kasi puro na lang iyakan, sampalan, nawalan ng anak, kidnapan, etc. nakakasawa na kaya mostly korean at japanese pinapanood ko ngayon kasi naiiba not the same story over and over
AMAYA will be shown this May 2011

Work work work
Right now, I have to be highly organized to balance out work and spend some time with myself and with my friends . It used to be that I could make a list and know everyday that I was going to get through it. Now I surrender to the fact that I get to the end of the day and many things won't be done. And Im late for everything.
I work 6 days a week :( And naisip ko baka di na ko makapagasawa na to. Kasi last date ko was with gloomy girl and it didn't work out. And sa field ng work ko ay mostly puro men kami. haayyst!!

I work 6 days a week :( And naisip ko baka di na ko makapagasawa na to. Kasi last date ko was with gloomy girl and it didn't work out. And sa field ng work ko ay mostly puro men kami. haayyst!!

7 Deadly Sins
Since malapit na ang holyweek, I'm gonna talk about the 7 deadly sins.
1) Pride is excessive belief in one's own abilities, that interferes with the individual's recognition of the grace of God. It has been called the sin from which all others arise. Pride is also known as Vanity.
Question: Are you vain?
I'm not vain at all! I don't look at myself in the mirror before going to school or at work. I don't use any beauty creams or products on my skin except facial wash. Noong araw, I don't even buy my own clothes mostly mga second hand na damit, galing sa kuya ko. And at that time I don't mind at all kasi di naman ako mahilig sa damit or even sa alahas. But now, when I started going to the gym at medyo naging maganda na ang body, doon ako nagstart maging vain. I started buying my own clothes, at isa na doon ang mga semi fited shirts para makita ang biceps hahahhaha siempre kelangan naman iexpose ang pinaghirapan sa gym at diet.
I also don't like my fair skin.
Question: Mayabang ka ba?
I'm not mayabang kasi firstly I'm not rich pero di naman poorita. And I'm just a mild manner employee
2) Gluttony is an inordinate desire to consume more than that which one requires.
Question: Anong food ang di mo maresist kainin?
Mahilig ako sa lechong baboy. Makakita lang ako ng lechon, naglalaway na talaga ako at pag may party, marami ako lumamon ng lechon. I think sa gluttony ay guilty ang cousin ko dito, kasi he loves to eat sa mga eat all you can.
3) Lust is an inordinate craving for the pleasures of the body.
Of course siempre boobs, then yung maliliit ang waist then ass
Question: How bout sa men?
Hmm siguro chest at biceps.
4) Anger is manifested in the individual who spurns love and opts instead for fury. It is also known as Wrath.
Pero di ako yung nagsisigaw or nagmumura kasi tahimik ako, pagalit di halata.
Question: Kino-confront mo ba yung kaaway mo?
Never, wala kasing katuturan yung magconfront. And ako di ako gumaganti kasi, I believe in karma kasi nakarma yung isang tao na nakasakit sa akin. And ayoko lagi naiisip yung taong nanakit sa akin kasi at the end ako magsusuffer dahil sa hatred, galit at inis ko sa kanya. So I would just ignore that person and erase him/her sa mind ko. I do forgive but I don't forget.
5) Envy is the desire for others' traits, status, abilities, or situation.
Di ako materialistic na tao. At never ako naiingit sa mga taong may magagandang kotse or may mamahaling cellphone. Pero siguro kinaiingitan ko yung guys na may magagandang body like these guys.
Well at least achievable naman, double time lang sa gym :).
I envy them kasi they work 5 days a week pag holiday wala talaga silang pasok. I hated my job soo much!!
6) Sloth is the avoidance of physical or spiritual work.
Question: Kailan ka pinakatamad?
Usually pagmondays. I mean everyone hate mondays kasi umpisa ng work.
May times din na tinatamad ako magsimba at nagpupunta lang just for attendance and sometimes I don't pay any attention sa sinsabi ng pari especially sa sermon na part.
7) Greed is the desire for material wealth or gain, ignoring the realm of the spiritual. It also called Avarice or Covetousness.
Another thing na kinocollect ko noon mga dvds and comic books pero ngayon I stopped collecting and now I'm just downloading them sa internet.
For now ang ginagasta ko ang pera ko sa mga body building supplements like protein shakes, vitamins etc.
Now for the 7 deadly sins challenge:

There's more in this competition than meets the eye
I'm really hooked sa US tv reality show na to:
SEASON 2
TRUE BEAUTY secretly challenges 10 seemingly confident, good-looking men and women to demonstrate that they're beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. Each week, the contestants participate in a series of challenges that test their physical beauty
The twist? Before, during, and after each challenge, the cast members are given specific opportunities to show off their inner beauty by being courteous, ethical, and/or moral. The judges -- celeb stylist Nole Marin, supermodel Cheryl Tiegs, and host/former Miss Teen USA Vanessa Minnillo -- secretly observe their behavior. In every episode, the two contestants who score the fewest points in both inner and outer beauty face elimination.
The show's objective is to ambush individuals obsessed with their superficial beauty and teach them to cultivate inner beauty.
While watching the show parang masnaging aware ako sa ugali ng isang tao or masnaging concious ako sa mga ugaling di maganda.
Or I don't tell all the people na I'm gwapo.
I just let people judge me kung gwapo nga ako or hindi when they see me. May kasabihan na nga na "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
Some trivia: The show's tv host Vanessa Minnillo is half filipina and she was born in the Philippines.
