Happy New Year

I can't believe a whole year has gone by

Time really does fly.

This year of 2013  has been very good for me. A lot has happened in my life this year.

Unlike in the year  of 2012 ,  which was  a terrible year for me because it was the worse time of my life.

My 2013 has been exciting, challenging, sad, happy, fulfilling, and rewarding. I must start with thanksgiving to God for an awesome year.

Because this year, all of my wishes were fulfilled and I was really  happy

I wish you all a great year for 2014. Let's all make 2014 the best that it can be. See you then!

Ang Ganda ng Pinay!

Congrats to Megan Young for winning the first  Miss World crown for our country,

Congrats din kay Mutya Datul for also winning the  Miss Supranational crown.

Congrats din kay Bea Rose Santiago for winning Miss International

Nakakaproud talaga as a pinoy, Kasi talagang maganda ang lahi nating mga pinoy, dahil stand out lagi  ang ganda ng pinay compare sa ibang asian countries,  na di napapansin sa international pageants like Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Malayasia, Indonesia etc.

Speaking of pageants nakasali din ako dati at magbalik tanaw sa panahon na iyon bwahahaahaha

Milch goes to Singapore

I was planning a little getaway for my  birthday last August,  So this  coming September, I'm making a belated birthday trip to Singapore with my cousin.

At the Changi Airport Singapore

Hirap tumae sa ganyang inidoro lol!

We checked in to the hotel at about 5 pm already.

I'm also  a horribly light sleeper, and it takes forever for me to fall asleep, the slightest noise will wake me

I also have not gotten used to the noises my cousin makes.

Di talaga ako sanay matulog ng may katabi o kasama sa kwarto, Siguro if I get married separate beds kami ng magiging asawa ko hahahaha

Ang babaw ng pool ng hotel  kasi hanggang bewang ko lang but the water is absolutely perfect.

We decided to take a tour sa Sentosa

The next day, we took the cable car to get to Sentosa

Sentosa is a resort island with beautiful white sand beaches, resorts, bars, and fun attractions for the whole family.

Our first stop made in Sentosa was at Singapore's proudest statue called Merlion.
And we were able to enter inside the statue

The view from the Top of the Merlions Head:

May ibibigay silang Coin then ilalagay siya sa bibig ng Merlion and you will get  a prize

 Ang prize ay isang Fan

My favorite part of the tour was the museum (Images of Singapore).

At the Images of Singapore you'll experience the colorful culture and vibrant heritage of Singapore, retold through life-size figures, and special effects

We also visited Underwater World Sentosa and the Dolphin and Fur Seal show. The show was rather short, at about 30 minutes or less.

Di hamak masmahaba yung tunnel aquarium dito kesa sa Manila Ocean Park

Hmm walls pala ang tawag sa Selecta sa kanila, Kasi yung Logo ng Ice Cream is definitely from Selecta.

Maraming peacock na ligaw din sa park

By late afternoon, we arrived at the Singapore Flyer. The Singapore Flyer is the largest fly wheel in the world

Reaching the top of the wheel we enjoyed the  views of the impressive city of Singapore.

Then after nagice cream kami kasi ang init sa Singapore.

We also watched the "Songs of the Sea", Singapore's multi-sensory extravaganza. The world-class water show features dramatic effects, water jets, lasers, burst of fire. Nakita din namin ang man made beach ng Singapore

The story sucks! but the show is still good because of the effects. Tapos yung mga dancer di pa sila sabay sabay lol!

Next day we travelled the city of Singapore by an amphibious vehicle known as the Duck.

I took the MRT from Chinatown to Little India. This place was not as clean as other part of the city.

Usually mga items dito costs at around $10 for 3 items na like shirts, keychains, etc. which is really mura, kasi kung sa Sentosa mga souvenir items like shirts, keychain etc.  would usually costs at around $16-$18.

Then nagikot ikot pa kami sa City bago kami umuwi. This time sa taxi naman kami sumakay. Kakaiba taxi nila kasi ang driver nasa right side.

THINGS I LEARNED FROM SINGAPORE:

1)Singapore is a multiracial and multicultural country that conists of
the Chinese, Malay and Indians.

2) Everyone in Singapore can speak English

3) Walang traffic sa Singapore, and one reason for that is that you need to pay $28,000 para lang sa drivers license.

4) Everyone in Singapore are very approachable and friendly

5) Some of singapore's water supply came from Malaysia

6) A mandatory National Service  requires all male Singaporean citizens  who have reached the age of 18 to enroll in the military

7) Condominiums in singapore are considered the most expensive in the world

My next entry will be my trip to Australia pero matagal na siya at kelangan ko pa hanapin yung mga pictures
I'm always exhausted after a vacation and feel like I need at least a day of vacation from vacation in order to charge my batteries - See more at: http://www.petcentric.com/Marking-Our-Territory/Post/4832/Sometimes-You-Need-A-Vacation-From-Vacation.aspx#sthash.PBJoEcrF.dpuf
